All of our events are fundraisers for our community. This year’s Cauldron Con’s proceeds will benefit Friendly House’s Elder Pride Services, a nonprofit organization whose work supports the older LGBTQ+ community through advocacy, outreach, education, and resource development. Many elder queer people face isolation and difficulty in finding community and services that still include them, so Friendly House makes sure they have access to those, bring in lecturers & musicians, and take them on outings to theatrical performances.

The folks from Friendly House will be on-site to talk to people about their organization and the services they provide and why it’s so important for the elder queer community. You can learn more here.

Ticket sales, vendor fees, raffle tickets, and SPEWW merch above our overhead costs will go directly to charity.
